Skill Levels

• White/Beginner (4 to 8 years old) – Swimmers who are new to the water and need assistance at all times.
• Yellow/Novice (4 to 8 years old) – Swimmers who are familiar and comfortable in the water independently, and can make forward progress in the water unassisted.
• Blue/ Intermediate (4 – 13 years old) – Swimmers who are familiar and comfortable in the water independently and can make forward progress in the water unassisted
• Green/ Advanced (4 – 13 years old) – Swimmers who can perform freestyle and some backstroke
