Need copy of birth certificate, recent report card, proof of residency and current 2023 physical. 

NO EXCEPTIONS: Equipment or uniforms will not be issued until the child is officially registered. Every child MUST have a physical dated after January 1, 2025 before starting practice.

PLEASE NOTE: Participation in post-season competition, playoffs, and travel is dependent on successful fundraising efforts by participants organized with Spartans Booster Club. 

Winter Basketball League
